American writer of fantasy, horror, and poetry. Early associate of H. P. Lovecraft and Seabury Quinn; frequent Weird Tales contributor in the 1920s.

Influence

Munn’s The Werewolf of Ponkert appeared in Weird Tales for July 1925 and opens the Tales of the Werewolf Clan. The Library holds the 1925 magazine text.
